You can pay for your plan with any credit card, debit card or online payment system (like Stripe). Once you have chosen a plan, you are billed in $USD every 30 days.

We do not store your payment details. Your information is handled by Stripe, the PCI Service Provider we use. Stripe has a Level 1 PCI DSS compliance, which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your payment details are in good hands.

We count the number of different people who visit your website in a month – not how many times they visit. That way, our pricing scales with the size of your business.

If you reach the limit of Unique Visitors for you plan (we’ll warn you in advance), the Nudges will simply stop appearing. They’ll start again at the beginning of your next month. You can find the full details for how we calculate Unique Visitors here.

Whatever plan you choose, it will be renewed on a rolling monthly basis. To cancel your plan, go to the Billing section within the app and click on “Cancel Plan”. Click here full instructions on managing your plan.

We offer a one-time 7-day free trial for monthly subscriptions. Lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable. We recommend using the free trial to explore Nudgify before opting for a lifetime plan.

Yes, you can. Please note that when you upgrade your existing lifetime plan, you pay the whole price for the new plan added and you get the quota added on top of the previous Lifetime plan that you have.

Yes, Nudgify offers a free plan option with certain limitations. Under this plan, your access is restricted in several ways. Firstly, your unique site impressions is capped at 1,000. Additionally, you’re limited to utilizing just one Review for your review nudges. Also, on the free plan, there are some nudge styling that cannot be accessed. Likewise restrictions to some nudge types in the nudge library. On the positive side, you can connect to any integration of your choice on the free plan. Hence, despite the constraints on the free plan, it still allows you experience Nudgify’s functionalities.
